The benefits of booking directly

How to book

1. Submit your request

Fill out the form with your stay dates, the number of guests, and your contact details.

2. We check availability

We will personally verify the accommodation's availability for the requested period.

3. Receive our proposal

We will inform you of the availability, the total price of the stay, and the booking terms.

4. Confirm your booking

If you accept the proposal, you can proceed to pay the deposit and confirm your stay.

Important: submitting a request does not automatically constitute a booking. The booking will only be considered confirmed once we have sent a confirmation notice and the required deposit has been paid.

Payment methods

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.

The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Payments can be made conveniently and securely by credit card, following the instructions provided at the time of booking.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax established by the Municipality of Marsala is added to the cost of the stay, in accordance with current regulations and rates (see the "Booking Form" page).

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing.

Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in

The 30% deposit paid upon booking confirmation will be refunded, less any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation between 29 and 10 days before check-in

The 30% deposit will be retained.

Cancellation within 9 days of check-in or no-show

The full booking amount is payable.

In the event of early departure, no refunds will be issued for unused nights, unless otherwise agreed.

Any special circumstances will be discussed directly with the guest, with flexibility and fairness.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the information needed to reach the property and check in.

To ensure a pleasant stay for our guests and to maintain the character of the property, please note the following:

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Children: children aged 2 years and older are welcome
• Pets: not allowed
• Bookings are made via request and are only confirmed once we have issued a confirmation.
• Video surveillance notice: For security reasons, the property is equipped with 8 external video surveillance cameras. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Areas under video surveillance are marked with appropriate information signs. For further details, please refer to the "Video Surveillance" section in the Legal Notes and Rental Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy.
